What is a Giclée?
- A giclée (pronounced "gee-clay") is a high-quality print of Andrew Hatfield's original painting. A giclee does not include texture that you can physically feel, it does include the stunning visual texture, brush strokes, and paint splatters. They are beautiful pieces of art on stretched, 1.5" thick gallery-wrapped canvases. Each giclée includes hanging hardware and is ready to hang when you receive it.
Can Andrew Hatfield sign my print?
- Unless a paper or canvas print specifically states, in its description, to be signed by Andrew Hatfield, then it will not be. Our print service provider creates each piece on demand specifically for you based on your order details and then ships directly without Andrew Hatfield seeing it.
Can I order larger sizes of prints that are not listed on the site?
- Yes! Just email us at: shop@andrewhatfield.art and let us know what piece you are interested in and what size and we'll get in touch with you. Please know that larger-sized art usually requires building a crate and that will affect your shipping cost.

- Before placing your order, please be sure to select the correct size for your space. No returns, refunds or exchanges are accepted.
Can I change my order?
- Production starts on each product immediately when it’s purchased based on the exact details of your order. We don’t have the ability to cancel or change the order. Please be sure to select the correct size for your space before placing your order.

Shipping
When will my order ship?
- Shipping times depend upon your order details. We estimate 1-2 weeks for production and shipping for most of our products and will do our best to get your order to you even quicker if possible. Once an order is received, we do not have the ability to delay shipping or time the delivery to occur on a certain date.
Can I track my order?
- An email with the tracking details will be sent to you as soon as your order has shipped.
What if my product arrives damaged?
- We guarantee your order will arrive in perfect condition. In the rare event that your product(s) are damaged upon arrival may qualify for a replacement. Please email us photos to shop@andrewhatfield.art within 7 days of receiving your order. Please be aware any items listed “made by hand, may have minor imperfections, and these are an intended part of the process”, therefore buyers accept any minor imperfections.
Do you ship internationally?
- We're working on it! Currently, we only ship in the United States.

- Shipping times are estimates only and are not a guarantee. Deliveries are only investigated after the expected delivery period has expired. We do everything we can to make sure your items are delivered as fast as possible, occasionally short delays can occur. Thank you for understanding!

- We make the art specifically for you based on your size and style selections. As a small business, we don't have a warehouse to store products and cannot process returns or exchanges for refunds. We appreciate your understanding and are grateful for your order!
